Offer and contract:

When you place an order through “tilmar” Store, you will enter into a contract with White Wool Trading LLC. The contract is created as soon as a confirmation is sent to the email address you provided.

The contract as a result of an offer, and in the event of an obvious error and/or system malfunction, such as an unusually low price, is not binding for “tilmar”. Please contact “tilmar” if you doubt the validity and correctness of the offer.

Price and Payment:

The subtotal price displayed in the online store at the moment of placing the order is the total price, if any, including all taxes and shipping costs.

Order processing and shipping:

“tilmar” will do everything in its power to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible after receiving full payment.

Orders are delivered to the shipping address indicated by you and by the delivery methods you choose. The delivery period as shown on the website is an estimate. External factors, such as internal availability as well as payment and the means of transportation you choose, may affect the delivery period.

If you have an order delivered outside Oman, it is possible that the respective country may charge additional fees such as import tax. “tilmar” has no influence or control over these fees and therefore will not be able to inform you about them. Before placing an order, you should check whether the items you ordered can be exported to the respective country or imported in the respective country and what the cost is.

The products you ordered will be shipped to the address you provided at the moment full payment is received by “tilmar”.

“tilmar” places great importance on ensuring that its products are shipped correctly and completely. If you receive unexpectedly incomplete or damaged products, please contact us immediately.

The quality:

“tilmar” makes every effort to display its products on its website as fully as possible. However, in the nature of the products shown there may be differences (such as color differences) between the image of the products on the Website and the product delivered to you. If you believe that the product delivered is not the same as the product displayed on the Website, you may use your right of return as described below

Returns policy:

  • Payments are not refundable, please report the replacement within 24 hours from the time the order is received. 
  • Replacement can be accepted and processed only within 15 days from the date of issuing the invoice.
  • There are no fees for replacement, and the customer bears the shipping cost and/or difference in price between the replaced and new product, if any. Replacement can be done by visiting a “tilmar” store within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of issuing the invoice.
  • The products to be exchanged must be in good condition, undamaged, unused, and in their original “tilmar” brand packaging. It is also required to present the receipt of the purchase.

We seek to ensure the quality of the product and service provided to all our customers, and accordingly, we reserve the right, in “tilmar, not to agree to replace products in the event that any of the above-mentioned conditions are not met, or what proves that the product to be replaced cannot be displayed and sold again.
